FOSS Backstage will provide a space to discuss a broad spectrum of issues related to community management, vendor neutrality and leading projects without discretionary power. Conference topics will include open source project leadership best practices, community management, open source project metrics, open source strategy for the enterprise, adopting open source collaboration in corporations, legal matters when dealing with open source, Inner Source best practices and many more.
Related topics not explicitly listed above are welcome as well. We do not, however, accept product presentations or company marketing presentations. If your company is interested in cooperating or partnering with FOSS Backstage, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
To submit a paper please click here to create an account. The registration system will send you an email with a one time login link. Click the link and log in. Complete your profile and set a password so you can edit your profile later, submit a proposal or edit any you have already submitted.

There will be an anonymized review of all submissions. Members of the program committee will not see the name, short bio and gender of the applicant to reduce unconscious bias.
The deadline for the call for papers is the end of January 10th, 2020.
